When It’s Right is dramatic and has characters that you won’t really care about. I didn’t like Blake–he was a giant sissy to me–and I pretty much hated Gillian. I’m not usually one for cowboy stories, but we were invited to participate in the tour for this so I thought I better read it, especially since I begged Erin to read the first one. If you love western romances, you might like this one more than I did.
