Kassiah: It’s always tough to rate these serials, and I always prefer to wait for the full length novel. The main difference between these serials and a novella is that usually a novella features a complete story. Like a one-shot. But serials are like a full story broken up into chapters. This is like reading fic, without Edward.

Okay now that I’ve got that out of the way, here’s the story. Melanie stopped working for Rafe a while ago when Rafe hooked up with Melanie’s best friend. She’s always had a thing for him, and now Rafe has one for her, too. They run into each other in a tattoo shop after he’s already tried to woo her. Let’s see what happens next.

This is a promising start to what I’m sure is going to be a fun story. He’s a billionaire businessman by day, rock god by night. What could go wrong?
