Kassiah: Love Unleashed is a super fun, fast read that hit the right spot. I haven’t read any other books by Jackie Braun, but I’m definitely going to check out more of her work!

This had a kind of twist on the reason the couple broke up in the past–he wanted more and she didn’t. That was the first thing that made me take notice of this little novella–it’s different! They’re brought together by the most adorable dog, Charlie, and realize they still have feelings for each other. I liked both Gideon and Mia, and at under 60 pages, this is a quick read that is sweet and has characters you’ll be rooting for.
