Though this is the 11th book in the Bound Hearts series, I read this after the 13th book, Secret Pleasure. I liked it okay. Khalid and Marty heat up the sheets, but I didn’t feel a real connection between them. There’s also a lot going on here, and I feel like I should have read all of the other books in the series first. But like I said before, I know I’m not going to. I wasn’t crazy about the end, either. Overall, this story was hot, but I needed more.
