"School is back in session."

History grad James Sheridan thinks his biggest problem in life is trying to find a suitable outfit for his upcoming Ph.D. candidacy exam. That is, until he accidentally texts a changing-room selfie meant for his fashionable sister to his ex, the domineering Professor Carson.

James and Carson haven't seen each since James fled their power games two years ago. Back in his undergrad days, Carson was his Professor, and not just in the academic sense: a man of unusual tastes and extreme sexual demands, James had been happy to sate Carson's savage appetites. Too happy, in fact. He never could trust himself not to let Carson push too far.

Now James is older and wiser, and sharing some seriously flirtatious vibes with a cute menswear rep. When Carson replies to James's errant text, ready to pick up where they left off, James can't help being drawn back into Carson's control. It's only when Carson suggests involving the salesman that James has to ask himself how far is too far, and whether he's willing to go there with Carson again

Erin: There is lots of steam and sexy fun in Heidi Belleau and Amelia C. Gormely’s Giving an Inch. It’s a short, fun read and if you’re a fan of light BDsm, this one will more than likely tick all of your boxes. The Professor is delightfully dirty and James is as cute and twinky as can be.

I adore second chance romances, and when you add in an older man with a younger one and throw in some hot, dirty phone sex, well then I’m all in. Giving an Inch is well written, especially for being such a short book. Satish the handsome and flirty shop assistant was absolutely fabulous, so much so I hope to see him again in one of the other books in the series. The chemistry between The Professor and James was sizzling hot, quite the feat when their interactions are all done through text. Trust me, you will find yourself quickly flipping pages while reading this one, and probably blushing as you do it!

I’m definitely looking forward to more of this series, bring on book 2!

Erin is a book addict! She loves books of all kinds, but her favorites are Contemporary Romance or YA (and she reads both boy/boy AND boy/girl, sometimes even girl/girl!) She's been reading since she could hold a book in her hands and doesn't see that changing any time soon. Give her a Coke, kick ass tunes from her favorite playlists, and a book, and she's in reading heaven.

She's a Texan, though she drinks her tea plain and NOT sweet. She loves cheesecake, strawberry limeade's from Sonic and her favorite color is purple. In her books, she loves an HEA, but she never minds if the road is rough to get there, as long as the reward is worth the struggle.
