Kassiah: I’m kind of shocked by how much I liked this book–there was so much more to it than I expected!

This story is so interesting. Basically, Stone Sutter is an ex-con who needs the help of Lily to clear his name. Sparks immediately fly between them and he’ll do anything to protect her. Their emotions are deep and the sex is incendiary. I loved them together.

I also loved them individually as well. Despite Lily’s past–and she has one–she’s strong and very relatable. Stone is so complicated. And sexy. And mysterious. And swoonworthy. Together, they make a perfect couple and give each other exactly what the other needs. Did I mention they’re crazy hot together? And tender, surprisingly.

Black blew me away with the development of these characters and their relationship. The storyline was suspenseful and believable and oh so hot. If you’re looking for a scorching hot story featuring well-developed characters with dark pasts, Falling in Deeper is a book you should not miss.
