Kassiah: I love stories that feature rock stars–they’re some of my faves. And one recurring theme in them is when total playboy rockers fall head over heels for the girls that won’t give them the time of day. I”m about that. And this time, it totally makes sense because Trish is a Hollywood starlet.
I’ve been meaning to read Foster’s books before, and I’m so glad I started out with this one. I loved these characters and this storyline. The pacing was great, the chemistry was explosive, and their relationship made sense. I loved getting to know these two–I’m so glad that this story was told in dual POV! Their connection is deep and undeniable. Also, though this story is compelling and had me enthralled from beginning to end, one of my favorite things is that there isn’t a bunch of unnecessary drama. They’re adults, both with pasts, both with hurdles to overcome, falling in love.
Definitely one of my favorite reads, Chased by Love has it all–fun characters with a steamy connection and a great plot without contrived angst or drama. You absolutely will not be disappointed when you pick this one up. Dew eet.
