The new Loving on the Edge novel by the New York Times bestselling author of Nothing Between Us and Need You Tonight…

Oakley Easton wants two things: to be a good mom to her daughter and to ditch her less than ideal night job. Hooking up with bad boy drummer Pike Ryland? Not on the agenda. She needs a promotion. Not sex, tattoos and rock ’n’ roll.

Pike isn’t about to let Ms. Prim and Proper shut him down so easily, especially when he stumbles upon Oakley’s sexy night job. She’s only playing a role on those late night calls with strangers, but when he gets her on the line, all bets are off. He won’t stop until that sultry voice is calling his name for real.

But as they move from anonymous fantasies in the dark to the flesh-on-hot-flesh reality of the bedroom, the risk of falling in love becomes all too high. And the safe, quiet world that Oakley’s worked so hard to create is about to be exposed to the one person who could ruin it all.

Kassiah: I’ve been reading rock star romances like crazy lately. I can’t get enough of them. And I am definitely hooked on Pike Ryland.

Even if you didn’t read the other books in the Loving On the Edge series, you’ll totally be fine with this one. If you have read the others, you’ll remember Pike from the super hot scenes in Not Until You.

Single mom Oakley is a receptionist by day/ phone sex operator by night, just trying to make ends meet and provide for her daughter. She’s sassy and fun and totally doesn’t know what hits her when she has to work with Pike. Pretty soon, it’s not all work and turns more into play.

“Come for me, Oakley. Let me see how much you love being fucked against a wall, how bad you need my cock.”

Because of her past, Oakley isn’t willing to let it be anything more than just a (very) good time, but Pike is good at wearing down her defenses. Pike has a past that makes him vulnerable, but he sets his sights on Oakley quickly. What will it take for Oakley to realize that it’s okay to want a forever?

This book was smoking hot and definitely my favorite in the series. I loved that it wasn’t over the top with the BDsm stuff and Pike. Just oh. my. rob. He was crazy hot! He’s flirty, he’s confident, and the dirty talk? Gah! When he’s around Oakley’s daughter, Raegan, I legit clutched my chest. He’s so sweet.

My only complaint about this book isn’t really a complaint. I would have prefered for it to be told in first person, rather than third. But that’s just me.

With off the charts chemistry and characters that you’ll swoon for, Call on Me is the hottest, sexiest book in the Loving on the Edge series by Roni Loren. Trust, this is a must read book!
